        
Toner Warranty
All The Perfomer Brand toner cartridges
are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal
use and service for a period of one year or until the toner is 90% depleted,
which ever occurs first. Each toner cartridge is guaranteed to perform to
your complete satisfaction throughout it entire print cycle. If a problem
develops, contact Quality Laser Technologies, Inc. (QLT). We will, at our
option, repair; replace; or refund the full purchase price of any
The Performer cartridge found to be
defective.
QLT also warrants that, subject to conditions below stated our cartridge will
not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any compatible laser
printers. If a defect in The Performer brand cartridge causes a printer to
fail, QLT will repair the printer. QLT reserves the right to require a
signed statement from a trained service company on the company's letterhead
detailing the nature and extent of damage and a description of how our cartridge
was the source of the damage. Statement must be dated and signed by the
Field Service Representative of the Service Company.
The general use of remanufactured toner cartridges does not void or limit the
original manufacturer's warranty.
QLT's liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as
provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other
warranties, express or implied.
Ink Warranty
Unlike toner cartridges, ink cartridge parts can not be replaced. Due
to this limitation, Remanufactured and Compatible ink cartridges are guaranteed
to be free from defects for a period of 90 days. If a problem develops,
contact QLT. Ink is subject to warranty return procedures of our vendor.
